On June 25th, SURF and Stichting Open Spraaktechnologie are organizing a seminar on how to optimize existing automatic speech recognition (ASR) technology for research and education. The seminar will take place from 13:00-17:00 hrs at SURF Utrecht.

There will be speakers from SURF, several universities (UvA, Radboud Universiteit), and other ASR users (CTO CLARIAH, Nederlands Veteraneninstituut, Centerdata, NL Podcasts).

The seminar is of particular interest to researchers and educators interested in the applications of ASR and to research and education infrastructure providers.
