Data Transfer Agreement

If you are a data controller (the party which determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data) and you provide (some of) the personal data you are responsible for to another data controller (a party that determines their own purposes and means for processing those data), you may need to enter into an agreement in which you establish the conditions for the data provision. Such an agreement is called a Data Transfer Agreement (in Dutch: dataleveringsovereenkomst). Please contact Legal Affairs or the privacy officer in case you need such an agreement to been drawn up.
